When and Where: every February in Phoenix, AZ
Often times at the 16th hole at TPC Scottsdale, when the Waste Management Phoenix Open is in town, one can get the impression that many of the 10,000 or so spectators are vaguely – if at all – aware that there may be a golf match going on, much less one happening on the green just beside the bleachers where they are standing.
